Cancellation Policy

At Secret Salon, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Individual Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or any deposits will be forfeited. 2. No-Show Policy: Individual Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Group Appointments: If the group or any member of the group does not show up for the scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full service cost for the no-show will be charged. 3. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure some appointments, which will be applied toward your final bill. This deposit is forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 4. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
